Before you book
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Every studio uses smartlock self check-in, so there's no front desk to wait on — your code arrives before you do.
What's the cancellation policy?
Direct bookings include flexible cancellation — the exact terms for your dates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Is the wifi actually fast enough to work with?
Yes — every studio and the coworking floor share the same fibre connection, built for video calls and cross-timezone work, not just checking email. You'll see a few access points, all named TheHub_ plus their location — TheHub_Office, TheHub_Community — with one password across all of them, shared at check-in. Connect to the strongest signal wherever you're working; desks, monitors and adapters are downstairs if you want a change of scenery.
Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?
Yes — TheHub is built for stays that stretch. Weekly and monthly guests are welcome; message us directly for long-stay rates before you book.
How do we get there?
Ngurah Rai (DPS) airport is about 45 minutes by car. TheHub sits on the quiet side of Pererenan — beach, cafés and Canggu all a short ride away.
What are the house rules?
The short version: quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, no parties, and no smoking indoors. TheHub runs on calm — the full house rules are listed on every studio page.
Who is TheHub for?
