Who we are

This website is operated by TheHub Pererenan, Pererenan, Mengwi, Badung, Bali, Indonesia. We are the controller of the personal data described below.

When you book

To hold and confirm a stay we collect your name, email address, the number of guests, your stay dates and, if you give them, your phone number and a note. We use this only to run your reservation and to contact you about it.

Reservations are recorded in Hostex, our channel manager. Payments are processed by Xendit: we pass your name, your email and, if you give one, your phone number to Xendit as the payer, you enter your payment details with Xendit, and we do not receive or store them. We send booking emails (hold, confirmation and similar) through Resend, an email delivery service.

The checkout form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is not a bot; Cloudflare may read signals from your browser to do this. Your IP address is processed for that check and to limit repeated requests (rate limiting).

Hosting and embedded content

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical request data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the service secure. Our studio pages include an embedded Google Map. It loads from Google when it comes into view, whatever you choose about cookies below, and Google may set cookies when it does.

Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits, see which buttons guests use (such as Book now and WhatsApp) and measure our ads. They set cookies and receive page and click data. Before our code sends Google a page address or the address you came from, it removes booking codes, and on booking-status and payment pages it removes everything after the page name.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these cookies are used only if you accept. Until you choose, Google's tag may still send limited signals that do not use cookies or advertising identifiers. Elsewhere they are on by default, and you can switch them off at any time.

We work out where you are from your browser's time zone and from Google's own location signal. If we cannot tell, we treat you as being in Europe.

Changing your choice

Use the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of any page to accept or decline. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage on your device. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
